The MSY Seahorse is an impressive vessel, measuring 33 meters in length and 8.5 meters in width. The Seahorse, a liveaboard dive boat constructed in 2005 and completely rebuilt in 2018, provides an environment that is on par with the best in Indonesia. Even in the deepest, most remote parts of Indonesian waters, there is a high level of comfort thanks to a mix of traditional craftsmanship, cutting-edge conveniences and safety improvements. The 380-horsepower MAN engine gives the ship a top speed of 9–12 knots, allowing a quick passage to dive sites.
The MSY Seahorse has room for 16 passengers and a crew of 12. There are three double cabins, each with a king size bed, a desk and a TV with a DVD player, and two twin cabins, each with two single twin beds. Each cabin is 12 square meters in size. All staterooms have air conditioning units, private bathrooms with hot water, and substantial storage space. Complimentary products like towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toothbrushes are provided for your convenience.
A hearty meal is served after the first dive, and there is downtime between dives to relax. There is a break in the action after the second dive for lunch and a brief nap in the afternoon. A delicious dinner is prepared after the night dive. To complete the day, perhaps a glass of wine while gazing at the sky, followed by a restful night's sleep.
Even though, by European standards, the Phinisis uses cutting-edge technology, it maintains its unique old-world charm. Bringing tradition into the modern era, the Seahorse crew looks forward to sharing its heritage with its guests.
