At the time that you book a reservation with a liveaboard using Liveaboardtrip.com’s online reservations system, Liveaboardtrip.com will collect personal information such as your title, name, email address, telephone number, transfer details and special requests. We do not store your credit card details. For payments we use reliable third-party online payment services. We also collect details of your reservation such as dates, itinerary, price and same personal information of persons traveling with you. You are not required to provide any personal information until you make a reservation.
2 - Purpose limitation and data minimization
We only collect necessary personal information to provide the reservation service. For example, for reservation request we only collect your title (to meet male/female sharing requirements),name, email address and telephone number. On the stage of payment we don’t collect your payment details but provide you with direct link to an online payment solution provider. After you paid deposit and your reservation is confirmed we may collect some additional information on behalf of the dive operator which is necessary to get official permissions, arrange transfers, accommodations and domestic flights in accordance with your reservation.
3 - Use
We will not use personal information collected from you for any purpose other than as follows: (I) to enable you to complete the reservation and to confirm it with the dive operator; (II) to assist with communications between you and the dive operator; (III) to analyze and improve your experience from using Liveaboardtrip.com (IV) to invite you to write a review of the services provided by the dive operator and us; and (V) if authorized at the time of collection, to provide to you notice of promotions, services, and products.
4 - Third party
You can sign up and log in to Liveaboardtrip.com using your Google or Facebook accounts. In this case we receive information which was collected by the third-party in accordance with their privacy policies. To control your personal information receivable this way, you can use privacy settings in your third-party account.
5 - Cookies

13 - Notifications and Emails
Liveaboardtrip.com may send email newsletters and specific email notifications related to your reservation. You can choose to stop receiving email newsletters at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any our newsletter. Notifications are part of business process related to your reservation and once started they can’t be stopped sending due to high risk of your reservation cancellation without appropriate actions or responses done in time from your side. That’s why notifications along with service-related emails do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the services you requested.
